I remember this poem from when I was younger and would rent his books from the library. I like how he has the hidden meaning but it's obvious at the same time.
i have to say i am still a big shel silverstein fan. his poetry is timeless to me. whether you are 5 of 55 i feel that you can take the lessons from his poetry and apply it to your life. this poem in particular has a great message in between its lines.
